Are you feeling 'Invincible' yet?

By now any self-respecting Eagles fan knows about the upcoming movie "Invincible," which hits theaters on Aug. 25.

In the football version of "The Rookie" (a product of the same studio, Disney) comes the inspiring real-life story of Vince Papale, with Mark Wahlberg as the 30-year-old Eagles fan who makes the team after a walk-on tryout.

It may not qualify as news, exactly, but here's the trailer, and here's the movie poster.

If you *are* a self-respecting Eagles fan, the preview is guaranteed to get you fired up.

Don't have a high-speed connection, or have one that's blazing? Here are some more viewing options, including Hi-Def.

Newest rookie receiver is no T.O.

From the Albuquerque Tribune:

Hank Baskett wants to be the next Terrell Owens. Not the next T.O.

"Terrell Owens is the football player," Baskett said from his hotel in Philadelphia. "T.O. is the guy off the field.

"On the field, he works harder than anybody out there. Off the field, he does stuff that gets himself into trouble. It's like he has a split personality."

Baskett, the undrafted, free-agent wideout from the University of New Mexico, joined Owens' former receiving corps when he was traded from the Minnesota Vikings to the Eagles.

Baskett said he was most eager to start catching passes from Eagles QB Donovan McNabb.

"It's Donovan," Baskett said. "Who wouldn't want to start their career catching passes from Donovan McNabb?"

Baskett he said he's picking up Owens' hustle, but he'll never pick up his attitude.

"If I ever sign a ball with a Sharpie, it's going to be after a game, and it's going to be for a little kid," he said.
