Giants 13, Eagles 10

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- Some up here in the press box questioned the Eagles' decision to take the David Akers' three points instead of going for the seven on fourth and goal from the two. The statement was: "Shouldn't the Eagles go for it on every pivotal fourth down at this point in their 4-5 season?"

FB--absolutely they should go for it on 4th down--whats to lose. other coaches do it and win games, even when that decision means they could, on that one play, lose the game. so far they have won.
but the eagles now have nothing to lose. so come on andy gump-show us what you're made of. give McMahon a chance to win a game. the kid looks pretty good. who wouldn't be nervous on a first full start. 2nd half he looked like a quarterback
in the making. we shall see.
