Eagles OD'd on T.O.

The eyes give it away. Virtually every Eagles player who sees a group of interviewers coming in the locker room, gives that wary look. The looks that suggests "Here we go again."
In fact Brian Dawkins gave more than the look. While walking out to his weekly Wednesday press conference, Dawkins was informed by a reporter that as far as questioning goes, it's all T.O. all the time.
"Not again." was Dawkins' response.
None of the Eagles would blame the circus atmosphere surrounding Terrell Owens for any of the losses this season, nor should they. Yet, it's easy to see by the anguished looks of the players that this situation has taken a toll.
And the players probably realize deep down, that it isn't going to end. If the team looses, the T.O. questions will intensify. If they win, well, the questions will keep coming just as rapidly.
Any time, anything occurs, the players will be asked whether it would have happened if T.O. were here.
Mentally, the players seem weary of all the T.O. nonsense and they also feel like innocent victims, like somebody who has to explain about a hit-and-run accident when the driver has fled the scene.
Owens will continue to dominate headlines, and questions. The Eagles, for their own sanity may consider instituting a policy of "No more T.O. questions."
Many of the players, including Donovan McNabb have said all they can on the subject. The players deserve a break and to tell the truth, so does the public.

The Eagles aren't the only ones tired of it...

It's truely time to put TO behind us and rally around our TEAM! It's ironic to see TO always wearing the Jordan brand clothing but obviously he never spent time talking to MJ. Jordan was underpaid his whole career but made millions in endorsements. TO could have had his riches through endorsements too. Now he'll wish he had that Eagle contract!
